Join the Future Marketers’ Society for an exciting panel discussion with three industry professionals on April 6th from 4:30 pm to 6 pm (BTS). We will be discussing all things digital marketing with a Q&A at the end of the event!

Our guest speakers include:

Minal Kay Malik, Fashion Marketing Lecturer at LCF

A lecturer in Fashion Marketing at London College of Fashion. After years of experience working within the fashion industry for brands such as Net-a-Porter and Burberry, now a writer/ vocal advocate focused on integrating sustainability and diversity into meaningful fashion industry practices. Specialities: Fashion Marketing and Digital Marketing.

Rola Chammas, Chief Marketing Officer for the L’Oréal Levant.

Rola re-joined L’Oreal in Lebanon in 2015 with a solid career in Marketing of Beauty brands after working at Unilever in Dubai on their Personal Care portfolio for 10 years and before that having worked at L’Oreal GCC on the Luxury Beauty brand portfolio for 5 years.

At L’Oreal she was first appointed as the Marketing Director for the Luxury Division across all Levant markets. During her 1.5 year tenure, she had the opportunity to launch the Urban Decay Brand in Lebanon as part of the division brands expansion strategy.

In 2017, Rola was granted the opportunity to launch and head the CMI department for the entity where she managed to successfully increase both the consumer and market understanding as well as instil a transformational shift amongst all to adopt a consumer-centric mindset.

In 2019, she became the CMO of L’Oreal Levant where she is currently handling all activities under Media, E-commerce, CMI & Customer Care. In her role, Rola is actively driving the digital upskilling agenda as well as E-commerce acceleration. Rola holds a Business Degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

Hayden Woodley-Gibson, Assistant Social Brand Manager for L’Oréal London

Hayden is the Assistant Social Brand Manager for all things Haircare, Hair Colour and Hair Styling for L’Oreal Paris UK&I. Hayden manages all paid social media marketing for the categories alongside all influencer marketing and PR mailers for the category. Hayden graduated back in 2019 with a first-class Fashion Marketing degree from the London College of Fashion alongside a Diploma in Professional Studies.
